The service provides door-to-door rides within a clearly defined loop that covers Surfside as well as neighboring Bay Harbor Islands and Bal Harbour, including key destinations like the Post Office in Miami Beach. Riders can request a ride through the Freebee mobile app, creating a profile and setting pick-up and drop-off points. For those without a smartphone or requiring special accommodations, rides can be arranged via phone.
